There are numerous opinions being expressed (on the political websites I usually follow) regarding the impact of the Supreme Court vacancy on the election. Maybe Cheezy will be helped because a Senate battle over RBG's replacement takes public attention away from the issues that have been big losers for him (especially COVID-19 and 200,000 dead). Maybe the Democrats will be helped because the controversy will produce the needed blue tsunami in November.
