Wake-Up Calls

The Turkish president shits on Donny Strunz and Mike (Putz) Pence. It will take more degradation and humiliation than this to wake up the deplorable disciples of Donny, but maybe it's a necessary starting point.

Added 4:49 PM: Sen. Kamala Harris will probably not be the (D) who replaces Donny Strunz in January 2021, but there are plenty of reasons why she should be. One of them is her ability to confront reality and refuse to suffer fools like the MSNBC guy defending Strunz's right to 'exercise free speech' on Twitter.

Added 5:33 PM: The Strunz is a flabby old man with a victim complex, but he often acts out as the TV reality show version of a tough guy.

Nuts & Bolton

It wasn't so long ago that Donny Guano picked John Bolton to be national security advisor, and threw a panic into people who write for liberal blogs. Their assumption was that Bolton + Donny Guano = WW III. Today, Bolton is history as a member of the Guano team, and I imagine there were too many conflicts between what Bolton was recommending and what Putin was telling Donny to do.

Update 4:15 PM: As the day wears on, I'm seeing a lot of comments online that only Donny Guano could make Bolton look like the good guy in a situation.

Rock, hard place

One thing I know for sure is that regardless of the strategy Obama approves for Afghanistan, conservatives will still hate his guts. Any decision reached should not be based on an expectation that his political opponents will be satisfied. Mr. President, take all the time you need but try to get it right.
