Palmer Report is one of the liberal webpages that I usually read daily because it offers a more optimistic presentation of the news than the more well-known websites. Today Palmer presented an interesting viewpoint which can be summarized as follows:
Recent media reports about Donald Dimwitz have covered his aggressive social media outbursts suggesting a second-term agenda focused on revenge for the persecution he's suffering and involving replacement of democracy with fascist authoritarianism. Palmer Report believes this garbage is actually being created by the waste of shit's support staff - the purpose being to flood the media with articulate threats about a controversial plot that distracts them and replaces discussion of his huge legal problem with outrageous crap that thrills MAGA mooks since it makes libs hysterical.
Palmer has been examining evidence that Dimwitz is getting steadily more demented and senile, and isn't participating in MAGA candidate debates because his dementia would be obvious when he's faced with direct attacks by Chris Christie et al. The closer Dimwitz gets to guilty verdicts in the felony cases, the more rapidly his dementia will increase, making it clear that Joe Biden is more capable and competent.
Palmer's point is that Dimwitz followers won't be upset by the threat of fascism, but they will probably leave him if they realize he's just a senile old fool. Democrats need to concentrate on making his diminished cognitive ability a top priority campaign issue.
