Daily Kos features a summary of the sticky situation facing the MAGA Monkeys now. A new USA TODAY poll reports only 31 percent of MAGA Monkey voters support the Waste of Excrement's decision to run again in 2024, and about 60 percent want another candidate to run instead, but run on WOE's policies.
The first part of the dilemma is that GDMF-45's only policy was to build a goddamn wall along the U.S. border with Mexico, which he never came close to doing. The rest of his popularity was based on amusing morons and dipshits with outrageous behavior, constant Tweets, and playing the TV reality show version of a precedent (sic) who kept things in turmoil and admired Nazis, Russians, fascists and the KKK. Most of his four year term was spent trying to be the main news story every day, lying constantly, and signing any bills that Moscow Mitch sent his way. Oh, and also packing judges chosen by the Federalist Society into the Extreme Court and other federal judicial venues.
Any bozo can manage the "policy" piece of the puzzle, but the entertainment piece should require genuine GDMF-45 insanity to keep the bottom feeders satisfied.
Complicating the issue even more: Ronny DeSanitized is more popular than Scump with the peons, plus the poll indicates the wop has a better shot at defeating Joe than Scump, who's a big underdog in that showdown.
When all of this mess comes to Scump's attention, the shit will obviously start hitting the fan again. With luck, Scump will shred DeSanitized, drag him off his pedestal, and create a situation in which neither of them is viable in 2024. I can see that happening.
