Anyone paying attention for the last six years probably recognizes that notorious crime boss Don Sourpussi is seriously mentally defective, and should never have been allowed to live in the White House in the first place. The latest evidence of his condition would be this half-assed offer to cut a deal with the Attorney General and DOJ. He obviously believes that even as a private citizen, his power equals that of the federal government. Also, he loves to act out by pretending to be The Ultimate Godfather.
This ego trip results partly from having most elected members of his party jumping through hoops to avoid contradicting his bullshit assertions.
Another possibility, discussed @ Daily Kos: What if the actual reason Sourpussi hauled all those cartons of documents to Mar-a-Loogie was simply because his profile as a psychopath reveals that he likes to create drama and oppose authority? This waste of shit is a mental case, not a normal person.
Trumplickan turd suckers like Matt (Tall Hair) Gaetz and Gym Jordan would love to turn the criminal case against Don Sourpussi into another political point-scoring game that will keep voters from taking what's happening seriously.
It reveals lot about Waste of Shit #1 that he thinks anything happening in the world that involves him is amazing and unprecedented in human history -- like for instance the feds confiscating three of his passports, two of which were current. Nothing like that has ever happened before.
