Considering the leaders of their party, Vladimir Pootin and Donald Pukepuddle, are enemies of Ukraine, and most Americans consider enemies of Ukraine to be enemies of the United States, the only option for worthless vermin like Stefanik and Scalise is to blame Ukraine's problems on Joe.
