Now that right-wing militia leaders are being arrested on charges of seditious conspiracy, there's a lot of internet discussion about how far up the food chain (or chain of command) this line of investigation will proceed. It's pretty clear to me: Donnie Pudd is completely responsible for and directly involved in every activity or event that would NOT have occurred if he had quietly conceded defeat and graciously initiated the peaceful transfer of power as soon as Joe was declared the winner of the election last November. This ain't rocket science.
Did the Oaf Keepers get involved in the 1/6 conspiracy because they expected Donnie Pudd would mobilize them as a militia, authorized by the Insurrection Act? That's what the head honcho's lawyer is claiming on CNN.
