As I rule, I don't pay much attention to The Daily Beast, but I followed a trail of links out of curiosity and came across something that provoked my interest. Wouldn't it be funny if the Democratic Party had been trying to keep GOP voters calm for so long that they actually lost track of movement in the political center and thought it was still where it was in the 1990's? Well, it's an idea to ponder anyway.
