Bipartisanship

It took three Republicans in the Senate to prevent (or at least postpone) a major disaster in public health care. Only three. This would be a perfect opportunity for Congress to do the one thing that should have been Plan A in the beginning: start working in a bipartisan manner to improve the existing law. That's probably too much to expect, but it's still nice to think about. Three or four Republicans in the Senate and another 25-30 in the House could make it happen.
