The Republican Party is scaling down. As of today, everything the GOP does is geared toward keeping malcontents who still support Donnie Doolittle happy. That means the party's agenda is focused on placating about 35 percent of the American people, and the other 65 percent can go fuck themselves.
However, when it comes to their big Tax Care for Billionaires package, the constituency is even smaller, probably no more than 5 or 6 percent of the total U.S. population.
