Pablo (Cheese Prince) Ryan says Republicans can still totally repeal the ACA. I say they can't, at least not until sometime after January 2017, and maybe not even then. By the time Obamacare can be repealed by veto-proof Republican majorities, who knows how entrenched the ACA will be. But let the cheese dick keep running his mouth. It'll keep the nose-pickers in the tea party happy.
